Soaring the Rockies

Mostly pure gliders with formation, acrobatics and a first glider ride. Also has steam train footage of the Durango to Silverton Narrow Gage including double header. Includes some flying in the Ximango. This was done using HI-8 for most of the master, the first flight with VHS and the Ximango is digital. Later all was converted to digital for minimum loss in reproduction to VHS.
